    Fortnite Store Is Not Working For Me


    So ive reloaded and reinstalled fortnite but today for some reason the store is blank screen. Really weird for sure and this is the first time its ever happened to me. Anyone else having store problems today on fortnite? Cant see the money to buy v bucks
    .

    Mouse doesn't work in fortnite, i know that mouse is working on ps4.

    My mouse is working in minecraft but not in fortnite, i think its fortnite problem...

    Paul from the Xbox Forums Team here to assist with the issue. It looks like for some reason the store in Fortnite is just a blank screen. This is the first time I've heard of this issue today but I will help as best as I can. From my own personal experiences
    with Fortnite most issues I've encountered can be solved in a few ways. I will list them below. I hope these troubleshooting steps were beneficial towards solving the problem.

    1.
    Power Cycle the Xbox One Console

    2. Clear local Saved games under system setting.

    3. Uninstall and Re-install Fortnite

    Check that the console and the game are correctly updated to the latest version. Also, check that the connection to the Live service works and that the console is correctly connected to the internet.

    Are you part of the preview program?

    My console isn’t loading any games or the Xbox store.

    I'm having the same issue with Fortnite. I even tried to search for Fortnite, and click on the advertisement and Fortnite isn't in the store, so their store is messed up. They really need to bypass this issue and store our purchases locally on our system.

    Fortnite stuck on ‘exchanging 3rd party access purchases’

    So, I seemed to have resolved the issue using the original solution posted on this thread which was to reset the Xbox series S while the router was switched off.

    What I’d noticed though was that I also couldn’t connect to the Microsoft Store.

    When I followed the reset steps I could then access the Microsoft store but still couldn’t access Fortnite. However, the following day, Fortnite worked without me doing anything else other than switching it off and back on again. All very bizarre!

    P.S. a full factory reset didn’t work for me as I’d tried this twice previously.
