Fortnite - Standard Founder’s Pack , Fortnite - Standard to Deluxe Upgrade

Make sure you are logged in with the account that purchased the game.

Also try to download the battle royal version.

If you login there, the PvE content should also be available if it is linked to the account you are using at that moment.

What did you not receive from the pack?

If you are indeed referring to the Standard Founder's pack, the Save the World and Battle Royal mode should have began to install after you make the purchase. If they did not, you can start the downloads from the Microsoft Store.

Please elaborate what pack you bought and what you are missing and we'll help you.

I would suggest uninstalling the game then reinstalling it. If you need assistance to reinstall the game please use https://support.xbox.com/en-US/games/game-setup/install-games
This should refresh the data with the current version and allow them to play Save the World.

I had this same exact issue happen when I purchased Fortnite Standard Founders Pack to play Save the World. I recommend you uninstall and reinstall the whole game. You can do that by following these steps:

Would I need to uninstall the original Fortnite? I guess so as it doesn't appear as if the Founders Pack has downloaded!

This is probably a silly question as I don't know Fortnite, but will uninstalling it affect any saved progress, stats etc??
