Fortnite skin purchased by accident

Hi there I'm wondering can anyone help. My five year old son clicked purchase on a fortnite skin much to my 10 year old's dismay. I've contacted Microsoft but they've told me there is no charges on my account matching the description. Can I still ask for
refund for the V bucks, skin costed 3,330.

Unfortunately Fortnite skins are account locked. These are individual rewards or purchases that bind to the account they're unlocked on. You're not able to transfer fortnite skins between profiles.

Thank you for your response. By doing this, will we loose everything that we are purchased on Fortnite? I can always reinstall the other games but I'm concerned about the Fortnite skins, etc..
