Fortnite Shop Problem

Hello Valle,

We understand that you're experiencing an issue with being able to purchase a Frozen Legends Bundle for Fortnite, as you see it available for the PC but cannot find its availability within the Microsoft store.

Unfortunately, skins within Fortnite are always changing and updating within a range of 24 hours, or does have a countdown available letting users know when those items will not become available anymore.

Further, this bundle was referenced to an Ice King event that has since passed. If you have more inquiries in regards to in-game item availability, please reach out to
EPIC Games, as they are the developers in charge of in-game item distribution.

did you go back to the xbox shop to buy or go into fortnite and decide to buy it in the shop that may be your problem

I tried both and nothing is working.

When I go into fortnite shop there is no redeem code tab?

When I go to Microsoft and find fortnite and go to show all there's no transformer pack available to click on?

We tried going into the Xbox shop and putting in the code but it said it's already been redeemed

start Fortnite, head to battle royal and then select the shop.

Vbucks can be bought there in different amounts.

I can’t repurchase the two items because they are not in the fortnite shop. So is their a way to get the to skins back and take back the refund.
