Fortnite Season 5

So Season 5 of Fortnite is upon us, what is everyones thoughts so far?

hi, I’ve updated to season 5 and it comes up with the message Xbox live purchase check failure, and I can’t join my friends parties. Does anyone know what to do? Please help

To touch base, can you update as to if the previous suggestion worked or if your issue has resolved? An additional tip I suggest is a power cycle of the console. You could also try uninstalling and reinstalling the game.

 

Downloading the 7.39GB update rite now, I am excited to start and look upon the new world.

 

Loving every part of Season 5 so far. The updates to some of the UI as well as in-game are refreshing. I don't want to say too much to spoil things for other players, but I have purchased the Battle pass, and I was holding 3 challenges from last season to
quickly level me higher...The game continues to feel fresh with every new season.

 

I am absoluty loving this season so far, first of all the game feels amazingly smooth, i think the desert is is the best map update released so far.

I have played since S1, and had every battlepass so far, i really think this season has the potential to become the best one so far.

I also love the battlepass, only downside for me are the pickaxes, offcourse you have the tier 1 and tier 100 pickaxes, but the two pickaxes in the pass just don’t compare to the ones of previous seasons. Apart from that, only positive feelings about this
season so far. Copped the battlepass offcourse. Really recommend everyone doing so if you play a decent amount. I think the battlepass is always most worth for your money, compared to skins etc. in the shop.

 

Thinking about getting the battle pass. I am excited about what the future has to offer, love the golf carts!

 

Beside the visual and obvious updates. I love that they consider the people that have disabilities. For me the colour blindness options are thorough and they have now added feature for the hard of hearing or hearing impaired. This is a sign of developers
looking out for all gamers.

 

Is this game worth checking out?

 

Absolutely! It can seem a bit off-putting when you first play. After you learn the core mechanics and the different weapon behaviors, you'll quickly be on your way to some fun filled action packed matches. Also getting accustomed to the building mechanic
can help!

 

Very pleased so far as the speed of iteration and frequent meaningful updates is still amazing to me!

 

Love the new vehicle and the drought is pretty interesting, had bad luck with the rifts thus far where I pop out and get killed almost right away

 

This will make the game better than It already is
