Fortnite season 3

Started downloading Fortnite Season 3, then about halfway thru the download it failed. Since then I can't get it uninstalled or reinstalled. I have tried all of the usual, reboot, clear cache, uninstall, redownload, check for system updates.

Whenever I think I have it cleared out if my console, if I go back to the store and try again it says I own the game, tries to install and fails immediately. Then it sits in my queue until I clear it all out again.

Any thoughts/tricks/tips would be appreciated.

My son bought Fortnite with his 'kids-account'. By starting the game is says: "can't see content of other people".

So i tried to change de settings by privacy and online safety, but it still shows me the message.

What can i do to solve the problem and make it work?

Changing your child's Xbox privacy and online safety settings, make sure to try the steps in that guide.

Additionally, if you're on the Parent account of your Microsoft family, you can

Grant an exception to your child's content limits on Xbox One.

 

I mean you could try to internally delete all fortnite data then redownload it but that would mean losing all ur progress if your willing?

 

We never even got to play the game, so I don't believe there's anything to delete?
