    Fortnite Save the World purchase on Microsoft store, and playing on PC


    I received a 25€ Xbox gift card some time ago and I didn't know how to use it, because I don't have an Xbox...

    So I would like to know: if I link my Xbox/Microsoft account to my Epic Games account, enter the 25€ code on the Microsoft Store (online) and buy Fortnite Save the World online (which is on sold), can I play Save the World on PC, without going to an Xbox
    at any time (because I don't have any)?

    The question is : Do I need to do anything on an Xbox to activate the game, or anything like that, before being able to play on PC ?

    Unfortunately, the version on our Microsoft store specifically states that it is only available for the Xbox One console, and to play Save the World on a PC, it would need to be purchased through another source.

    If you purchase Save the World through Xbox, you should be able to play it on PC, as long as you are signed into the same Epic Games account and its corresponding Microsoft account.
