Fortnite redeem issues with starter pack

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely.
Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.
Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

I redeem it from the Xbox store directly to the console, and it shows like it go right, but still no show my gift. The purchase history don't show the gif neither but the key appears as used.

Have you checked the game's Locker?

Yes, I've close the game and restart it, I even did a hard reset of the xbox.
