fortnite red X and red line

since the last 3 updates I've been getting the red X and packet loss and lines in the connection box on fortnite. xfinty says no issues, called netgear they changed somethings on my router modem and opened all ports also got new coax cables and ethernet
cable I'm not sure what else to do.

Ended up being a bad modem router that i had Ac1900 nighthawk

If these look stable then it could lie in Epic’s servers

Hey there DcKr3w93,

Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to hopefully get your connection set in a way that will work well with Fortnite. I can totally understand how this could be pretty disheartening. If the previously posted troubleshooting has not helped,
I suggest going to Settings> Devices and Streaming> Blu-ray> persistent storage
in the Xbox One Guide and clearing that three times. Once that has been done, go to
Settings> General> Network Settings> Advanced Settings> Alternate MAC address, clearing that and letting your console restart as a quick preliminary means of troubleshooting. But if that doesn't work, try
resetting your router after having the console unplugged.

Sorry for the late reply it came back normal I also erases the xbox and started fresh it worked for a week and now back to the red X and red lines
