A few more details would be helpful.

When does it freeze & how often? Is it always at the same point?

Is this only happening on that one game?

If it's just froze once while playing then this happens every so often with some games & it's just a case of quiting the game & restarting it.

If it's more than once then a power cycle might fix it as already mentioned or you may have to delete & re download the game.

Hello bud, try hard resetting your console like the people below suggested but if that doesn't work maybe try uninstalling the game and reinstalling it.

Try hard resetting the console by holding the power button for a couple of seconds.
