fortnite purshase

hey, they said it was a fault on xbox’s side and i should contact them and they said they couldnt help with xbox purshases only purshases made on pc i have no idea what to do

i will try those later but is there any other things i could do?

Thank you for posting on Xbox Forums. In regards to this issue with not receiving any of the items from the Fortnite Starter pack, have you tried to
Remove and Redownload your profile from the console? If not, I would suggest doing so as well as trying
to Uninstall and
Reinstall the game itself.

Fortnite Starter Pack - it is PC relate though it has suggestions for what to do on Xbox

Though should nothing work and you need to contact Epic again make sure that you send a screenshot of your purchase as it shows purchase number that they can check in their system with your account details and they will know whether or not you have recieved
the in game items.

Have you checked your accounts
Purchase History to make sure that the transaction was successful? If the transaction went through then everything should be good on our side.

Have you already attempted to follow the troubleshooting that was provided by XBF Ruben? If you have not then I would advise that you do that first as it could very well resolve the problem.

Give that a try and let us know if it has helped.
