Fortnite problems

We have an xbox 1 X. Fortnight has become a nightmare. Its keeps kicking us out, freezing and making a buzz noise in the screen. We have uninstalled and installed numerous time, deleted date but still have over 70% memory capacity left, reset the console
numerous times, unplugged the console but it still will not work. Sometimes it lets us into a game and then kicks us out and sometimes we dont even get into a game. All other games are working fine. This has been happening for about a month. Please help!

unfortunately there is nothing that can be done, your account is your responsibility, leaving someone access to your account even if its family is a no no.

You may have a software issue:

Start off by hard resetting the Xbox by holding down the power button until the Xbox shuts off. Turn it back on and try again.

If this doesn't work your next step would be do a factory reset to rule out any software bugs.

(Make sure you keep your Xbox in a well ventilated area and clean dust off from time to time to prolong its life.

Thanks for your reply. Do you think it could be software even if all other fames are working ok? We have done a hard reset numerous times. If i do a full factory reset will we loose all our data? Also, how do i do this please? Thanks
