Fortnite problem with redeemed codes

Was it an Xbox code (25 characters) you redeemed or was it a Fortnite code?

If it was a Fortnite code you may need to check with their support.

If the code is for Xbox, then there is no way to redeem on anything else except either the Xbox One, Microsoft redeem code website or the Microsoft store. You would also need an Xbox to play fortnite on, so you could get the Spider Knight Bundle for your
fortnite account.

Are you attempting to buy just the code off of somebody or you are purchasing the complete

Xbox One Fortnite Battle Royale special edition bundle? If you are purchasing the bundle then you can redeem the code directly on the console through the Microsoft store.

You are able to redeem the code through the Microsoft store on a computer as long as you are signed into the account that you play Fortnite on. Take a look at the following support article for help with redeeming prepaid codes.

Fortnite DLC codes redeemed through Xbox are for Xbox consoles only. You need to load Fortnite on an Xbox console for the content to be redeemed to your Fortnite account. You can do this with a physical console or Xbox Cloud Gaming: Xbox.com/play
