Are you playing Fortnite on PC, or Xbox?

If your answer is PC, please try accessing Fortnite on an Xbox console to review if as soon as you are logged in with your account, the pack that you purchased becomes available.

In case you don’t have access to an Xbox, but your country is supported by Xbox Cloud Gaming, please try accessing Fortnite in that way.

Please share your comments as soon as you’re able to try this. I’ll remain attentive.

First, please review your account order history through https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders to check if your purchased starter pack is there and says completed.

If it's completed, try to restart your game. If it's not yet showing, you may instead wait up to 24 hours.
