Fortnite pack not showing

I just did this tonight, all the same as you all say, i bought it from fortnite itself, so went into the items there and cancelled the crew pack. It didnt show on my epic games or xbox account, but login on the xbox or pc Fortnite itself, bring up the crew pack and big cancel button right there. In the game. Not Epic or Xbox sites.. From the Fortnite game itself when logged in as the user that bought it.

Ok this is for my daughter not me but her microsoft account shows that her crew pack was paid for however fortnite is showing that she needs to renew even though her Microsoft account shows next payment is in September.

When I go into fortnite shop there is no redeem code tab?

When I go to Microsoft and find fortnite and go to show all there's no transformer pack available to click on?

We tried going into the Xbox shop and putting in the code but it said it's already been redeemed
