I ordered a fortnite pack from the windows store, my receipt does not show any activation code or anything? What should I do? When I go to support. microsoft it just says get community help? What should I do?

Hello Saranyamenon, you will need to log into your account that purchased the game or subscription and fill out this form below for a refund and you will also need the order code for each item you want to refund.

There is just follow all the requirements requested in the completion, and then wait for an email with the response of the request.

This could take up to 72 hours.

Hello Saranyamenon, you play Fortnite on PC or console, if you bought directly from Microsoft Store it will only appear if you log in to the Xbox console, if playing only on the PC will not be validated.

For those who play on the PC the items have to be purchased directly from the Epic store.

Hello Aaron, what Fortnite pack are you referring to, was it a pack you bought, or are you referring to the Fortnite Club Pack?

Fortnite: Battle Royale - Breakpoint's Challenge Pack
purchased from the Microsoft Store is for Fortnite on the Xbox One only. You cannot use this purchased item on Fortnite for iOS. You would need to buy this pack from the App Store on your iPad. So, unfortunately we cannot assist you with this issue.
