Fortnite not working

Hello I was just playing Fortnite and got off for a couple minutes and when I came back on it said this title is not currently supported on Xbox cloud gaming beta bc I play from my tab on cloud gaming and now I can’t play at all

We just purchased a HyperX Cloud Stinger Core headset for our XBox One, and the microphone will NOT work in the game Fortnite. Has anyone else experienced this issue, and if so, what was the fix? It is only happening in Fortnite.
The microphone works fine when plugged into my phone or in XBox Party mode. The sound works in Fortnite, but not the microphone.

Are you receiving any sort of error code during the start?

Hello River,

If your NAT type says getting info, then you are not connecting to the internet. Try rebooting your network hardware. IF you are connected wireless, try connecting with a ethernet cable. If still get the getting info or when you run multiplayer test comes
up as fails. Here is guide for
multiplayer error help. Then you should contact your ISP.
