FORTNITE NOT LOADING AFTER TODAYS UPDATE

Please help. Fortnite is not loading on my sons Xbox One after todays update. This happened 2 weeks ago with the update before last. Arter spending 2 hours on discussion with Microsoft support and trying various options on the Xbox we eventually deleted
the game and reinstalled it. We had to do this twice before it worked. Looking for any help or advice before taking this drastic option today, as our internet speed is incredible poor and reinstalling will take almost a full day.

Xbox Logo Pauseing on boot up!?

i doubt its the power supply it never did it till after todays update, im not sure its a known bug or just mine, all i know it never done this b4 todays update. I have a 4gb with a official 250gb hdd

D2 uninstalled by itelf after update

Now my Fortnite has uninstalled itself as well

have you tried clearing the cache of the console by holding down the power button on your console for 10 seconds?

Did the xbox update today break mouse function in fortnite? It stopped working today after an xbox update at 12:14 today. How long do you think it will take to fix? Thanks!

Contacting Epic Games is your best bet. This is ONLY happening to Fortnite so it is a issue with the game and the Devs.

Like you said above it happened 2 days ago ONLY with Fortnite.

No that is not what I posted, our mouse was working in fortnite on xbox one s today, this morning, and stopped working after the xbox update.

I agree with Francia J., but also you may have made an accidental purchase, or if someone else uses your account they might have bought an item from the Fortnite Item Shop. To check any recent purchases (in the last 30 days), and to refund them, you can follow these steps:

Go to the game's main menu
Head to Settings
Open the "Account and Privacy" menu
Click on "Submit a request"
You'll see a list of all the items you've purchased in the past 30 days
Find the item you want to refund
Select the item and click "Submit Return Request"
You'll get notified that you have three lifetime refunds
Click "Yes" to proceed and that'll return your V Bucks
Click "Ok" and you'll return to the "Account and Privacy" part

Thanks for reaching out to us in the forums for this issue. In relation to a
keyboard/mouse issue in Fortnite, this issue is known and the Fortnite engineers over at Epic Games are on it! There
may be a patch sent out today ( 02/18/2019) that will update and fix any bugs that may be happening in the game as per their Twitter page, but it is unknown if this is for the keyboard/mouse issue, other issues that have come up or all they have reported
