    Games not updating or installing

    I've been trying to update overwatch for 3 days and fortnite for 2, fortnite is slowly installing by a few mbs each time the console is turned on however overwatch is not updating at all and it keeps saying "installation stopped"

    Fortnite wont launch

    hi my boys recently have been unable to launch fortnite after a fortnite update. I have tried re installing the app and restarting console all have failed. I have looked through settings and everything seems to be running fine other then being able to launch
    fortnite. Can some one help please as i have 2 devastated boys.

    Hi there,

    I would recommend power cycling your modem and router as this could be a network problem, as well as checking to ensure you have enough free storage space for the game to install. Should you continue to have the problem please let us know and we can help!

    Have you tried the recommended options above? They would be my go-to. First make sure that you cancel the download and wipe any trace of it from your console, then try redownloading. If that does not work power cycle the console and then contact support

    I managed to install the System Software Update and it installed a 14GB update for Fortnite. But it seems like Fortnite has reinstalled from the very beginning. its Fortnite Battle Royale. Anyone got updates ? Much appreciated.
