    Hi we got my sons xbox one second hand, seen it working, was all ok and set back to factory settings. When we downloaded fortnite it worked for a while and then on an update it froze, couldn't get it off and took it to get repaired. They told me they put
    in a new hardrive, we downloaded fortnite again but it now won't connect, gets right to the end of the loading bar but doesn't get to the end! Others games work absolutely fine. Can anyone suggest why this might be happening many thanks

My console is connected to a different network (Wi-Fi), it’s a public connection but I’ve tried updating Fortnite on that connection and on my private connection at home.
