Fortnite mouse and keyboard delay

hi, i have been having this extreme delay on my xbox one with mouse especially when big movements are made it is completely unplayable. I was wondering if anyone else was having this issue? I did not have this delay on my old mouse which i used. When i
make big movements the mouse almost stays still while doing them, and when i stop moving mouse it suddenly jerks and follows the exact path. Hope someone can help ,thanks

Keyboard and Mouse in Fortnite on Xbox One.

Hello. I have problem with mouse in Fornite. I installed update from Xbox Insider Hub, because I want to play Fortnite by mouse and keyboard. Everything went good. When I turned on Fortnite, put my usb wires keyboard and mouse to USB port and when I joined
to the match, the mouse moves were very inaccurate and delayed. I'm angry and i want to resolve this problem. Thanks in advice.

 

Need help please

Currently only Minecraft (without the "Xbox One Edition" in the title) is playable with keyboard and mouse.

All other games, including Fortnite do NOT work with Keyboard and Mouse on the Xbox One.

If you want to play Fortnite with Keyboard and Mouse, you can do that on a regular Windows PC.

Mouse and keyboard support. Shows how to configure mouse and see if that helps.

There is an article on Windows Central website that talks about many players having lag issues with k/m for Fortnite. I haven't seen a solution yet but apparently Epic Games is aware of this issue.

Paul from the Xbox Forums Team here to assist, sounds like you're experiencing an issue with mouse and keyboard while gaming. In the system settings on the Xbox One console there will be some mouse sensitivity options that you can adjust under Kinect and

Hello there, i have already tried this but no luck. I think it could be something on Epic Games’s side because i tried it on minecraft and it seemed to work perfectly. Hmmm will let forums know when i get fix.

Sorry to hear that you're dealing with concerning your mouse working with Fortnite.

I would say that if you are having problem with this new feature, that the best course of action might be a softreset of your console so that you can basically re-update it.
It's a reset of your console back to factory settings but one that does not uninstall any of your games or apps and is a really good troubleshooting step for most issues.

Just make sure that before you go ahead with it, that you do know all of the sign-in information for any/all of your accounts(asthey
will be removed) and have easy access to your internet network.

Also make sure that you select the option denoted
reset and keep my games and apps.
