que desde tu cuenta se hagan cargos sin autorización.

Thank you for reaching out to the forums, when you completed the purchase a few weeks ago were the Vbucks added to your account or did you never see them? If anybody else plays Fortnite on your account is is possible the vbucks may have been used as well.

Take a look at your accounts
Purchase History as well and confirm that the purchase is completed, if the purchase has gone through but you do not have your v-bucks then you will need to reach out to Epic Games for further assistance.
