Fortnite keeps freezing and crashing

When i am in the game or loading into a game it freezes or if i am zone wars i will play a round then waiting for the next round it freezes its doing it more and more often

We are sorry to hear your issue with Fornite freezing in you. When this has happened to me in the past, I've simply started to fix the issue by
cycling the power to my xbox.

*Not a restart, a full shutdown

As my fellow ambassadors have already stated, perform a power cycle. If the problem persists, I'd recommend to make sure you have spare room on your Xbox hard drive, your connection to your internet is stable and maybe try deleting and reinstalling Fortnite.

i would recommend these steps:

1. Turn on

2. Sign in

3. go to settings

4. blu-ray & disc

5. clear storage

6. hold the power button for 10 seconds

7. remove all cables for 60 seconds

8. connected all cables and wait another 60 seconds

9. turn on

10. sign in

11. test internet connection

12. test game

In the past, I experienced the same issue, Here is what I did. So in the Fortnite locate where you can save your replays in settings. Turn all the options off so that it reduces the game from freezing and lagging.

Try a Power cycle: Hold the Power button for 30 Seconds on your console

if none of these methods work you might just have to reinstall the game or you can message me and ill figure out a better method to help you out.
