Fortnite isnt working

i will launch fortnite and will load normally until it says press A to play but it wont let me press A same problem with f1 2021 but gta is working normally

Clean your console's MAC and try again.

Network Settings> Advanced Settings> MAC Address and Clear.

If the problem persists, delete the ''reserved space''

Click the menu button on the game icon and go to manage the game and add-ons>saved data and delete only the ''reserved space'' and try again.

If you have a keyboard and mouse connected to the console, remove it and try again.

Ok i did it and it still isnt working we tried to play fortnite and it doesnt let him play please help us!

None of my games will open? This happened after or during fortnite update. I do not know if this is fortnite related? All I play is Fortnite though and usually i get an error code but this time it says sorry, looks like our service isnt working right now.

I have contacted epic and they say the same, that the servers are fine. I’m at a loss here 😞 please help

There are no known issues with either Xbox Live services and EPIC Games services. If you're unable to connect, then there is likely a problem with either your hardware and/or network.
