    Fortnite isnt working pls fix this


    every time i try to play fortnite it says checking epic service queue I've trued to uninstall fortnite I've tried to reboot my Xbox I've tried to restart fortnite and Xbox i tried to use multiple accounts and I even restarted my Wi-Fi I don't know anything else I could do pls someone help I've spent a lot of money and I really enjoy the game

    I have contacted epic and they say the same, that the servers are fine. I’m at a loss here 😞 please help

    There are no known issues with either Xbox Live services and EPIC Games services. If you're unable to connect, then there is likely a problem with either your hardware and/or network.

    currently there are no issues listed for fortnite so it could be an account issue

    Clean your console's MAC and try again.

    Network Settings> Advanced Settings> MAC Address and Clear.

    If the problem persists, delete the ''reserved space''

    Click the menu button on the game icon and go to manage the game and add-ons>saved data and delete only the ''reserved space'' and try again.

    If you have a keyboard and mouse connected to the console, remove it and try again.
