Fortnite in-game content purchase

I purchased the Graveyard Drift Pack in Fortnite and after waiting a while nothing showed up in my locker but I had still been charged for the transaction. Since I hadn't received my purchase I refunded it so I would get my moneyback. I tried purchasing it again and it worked but since I had refunded the first purchase the game took away my second purchase so now I am back where I started with a charge on my account without receiving my product. I contacted epic games support but they said that this is a problem on Microsoft's end so that brings me here. I tried to contact Microsoft support but their services are down.

All the content on the Microsoft Store for Fortnite is for the Xbox One version of the game. So yes, you need an Xbox account to be able to access the content you purchased for Fortnite.
