    Yesterday I returned to it and when I connected they put me a message saying that I would have asked a refund(repayment) thus he(it) my to remove these objects but these false because
    I have never asked it I just wish to get back my objects I also possess screen shots since they remove my objects

    In this case I would actually have you contact Live Support so they can review with you your billing information to see if there were any recent refunds that have gone through on your account or not. Also, you can review your order history for the latest
    transactions and refund process that could have happened online on here: Sign in to your Microsoft account
