    I received an email saying i received a gift in fortnite and i clicked the redeem link upon which it said it was redeemed successfully however i never received the items in game.

    I didn't get my reward for the May quests.

    I completed the May rewards quests, but I didn't receive my free gift from Fortnite. Fortnite gift issue :(

    Go to manage games and apps and go to Fortnite to see if its under ready to install.

    If it isn't go back to the email your received and see if they sent it via code.

    So I bought a Xbox gift card for 50 dollars and I redeemed it but I can't buy Fortnite bundles with it please help there is no option to buy with Microsoft balance

    So, it might be that it doesn’t support gift cards, because I’ve seen fortnite gift cards. It might not be an issue. I’m not the one to rely on, but it’s just a hunch.

    My friend from Pc Send me the Battle Pass in Fortnite, but the battle pass don't appears in my account.

    Battle Pass Gifting Option will only be available until August 15th. So even with the option still showing it will not go through.
