Fortnite frozen bundle

I bought the fortnite game with the frozen pack bundle. I've entered the code, from the disc box, in xbox account but the bundle hasn't loaded... Any thoughts on how I can get the frozen bundle? Pls note, I'm not a gamer, this is for my child. Thanks.

I put the code into my account, my child is linked to my account via family. Will the frozen pack not go to his account? Thank you

Check in your history purchase that you redeemed the code with the right account

Make sure you have entered the code using your child's account, otherwise it will not show up in game. It will only show up for the account that was used to redeem the code.

Unfortunately no, since the Frozen bundle contains skins, cosmetics and V-Bucks, the items will be associated only to the account it was redeemed on.
