Thanks for coming to the forums with your question. Epic games is responsible for making skins. They may ask for example Marshmellow for their permission or idea. Ultimately, it is epic who decides the skins. You can go to the Epic games forums for this

What platform are you using to play Fortnite?

After redeeming any Xbox exclusive Fortnite skin on the Xbox platform, I believe you must sign into the game on an Xbox console in order for it to appear in your skin wardrobe.
