    Fortnite Eon Bundle Error


    Hello,

    After linking my Xbox account to my new Fortnite Code it said my account was blocked because I needed parent permission to log onto Fortnite. After contacting 2 customer support people I have found out it is because of how my account was set up. Now I can't
    access my code because I can't log onto Fortnite. Both customer support representatives offered me loop arounds such as leaving and reentering the family, it still doesn't work. I am now completely done with faulty tactics of fixing this problem. I have spent
    almost 5 hours of troubleshooting to fix this problem. I want to receive a new code so I can link it to the Xbox account I have been using to play games in the interim.

    Currently, the only way to obtain the Eon skin is to purchase the Xbox One S Fortnite Eon Bundle. It is not available as an individual purchase for current Xbox owners.

    Hi AmelkaMagdalena,

    Thanks for getting back to us. Now, the Eon bundle comes only with the purchase of the

    Xbox One S Fortnite Bundle    . If you purchased your Xbox One S before this bundle came out you wouldn't be receiving the Fortine Eon package.
