Fortnite Download not loading

hi,

My son has fortnite downloaded on his xbox 1, from last night when he clicks on it to load it, it doesn't load. Hes also having same issue with minecraft on disc. Other downloads and discs load. Hes tried resetting it and changing energy source, didnt
help. He doesn't want to un and reinstall fortnite as he says he'll lose his acheivements and add ons hes bought? Can anyone help please!?

My Xbox live purchases are not syncing with Fortnite

I just paid $20 for Fortnite V Bucks through Xbox Live, and they are not loading into the game. I keep getting an error when loading Fortnite "Xbox Live Purchase Check Failure". Please help!

Hi,

Try to remove you account in :

Settings > All Settings > Account > Remove Account

Power cycle : push start button during 8 - 10 seconds.

Reload your account.

Dont worry, his achievements won't lose.

Good afternoon. Other games has load or its fortnite the ubique with the situation. Its this try erase the game and download again.

Ok downloaded now same initial problem. For some reason Fortnite took too long to load 0x8027025a and it is literally impossible to fix.

Just downloaded fortnite. Loaded into a game and went to drop and couldnt move. I could look around and scroll through the menu but I could not move my dude on the screen.

For anyone that finds this in the future make sure you have the “Fortnite regular Access” downloaded. I had this same issue and checked my stuff and it wasn't installed. Did so and the game loaded up.
