Fortnite doesn’t exist on my Xbox one

Hello guys,

So I’ve been wanting to download the game - “Fortnite Battle Royale” for so long but I can’t. The reason for this is because I cant find it on the Microsoft Store. As crazy as this sounds, it’s not there. I spelt exactly like it appears in the game - Fortnite,
and yet it wouldn’t come out. It weird and crazy but also so annoying because it’s and excising game, but it seems it does t exist on my Xbox one. Can someone help?

Certain updates won’t automatically update?

I was wordering why certain updates didn’t download automatically. For example one day fortnite will download an update automatically but the next day it won’t? I do have fortnite installed on my Xbox so it doesn’t have anything to do with the home Xbox
thing. It’s also other games this does it for

Maybe you could downloading it from your PC, then check whether it pops in your ready to install section.

No, my friend bought me a card to input into my fortnite account. I was adding it into my fortnite account and my Microsoft account. The microsoft account I put it on doesn’t exist on the fortnite. I am kindly asking you to understand that there is no possible way of me getting those vbucks back without either a refund or exchange vbucks into the other account.

I typed in the error code and nothing happend it just says that the code doesn’t exist it’s just my one acount on my xbox the other one seems to be working

I have, but it wasn’t on there either. If I did save it at some point, I’m not sure I would know where to find it, and I know it’s not on my OneDrive because I checked all the folders available and it wasn’t there.

It’s an easy enough screenshot to retake, but I was hoping to see if I could find a way to salvage it. Thank you for the reply.

Unfortunately, there is no way to retrieve your background's source file or transfer it from one console to another. Even if you were to manually create a backup of your Xbox One settings, backgrounds are not among the settings that can be backed up.

To clarify, have you also checked your OneDrive? perhaps this screenshot was uploaded to it at some point.
