Fortnite deep freeze bundle transfer between accounts on Xbox one

There is no way to transfer content to another account. Especially the frozen bundle as that is in game. However every account is offered three free refunds from epic not Microsoft. If they have not used them all you can refund the frozen bundle then purchase
on the account itself. If you don't have any refunds available you can try to Contact epic games to see if they will switch it. Microsoft will not swap it due to its in game content. What Randy mentioned in first reply applies to games purchased, they may
be able to if there are dire circumstances where its hacked or something.

For Randy: when I go into selections at the end the page I cannot go further. No window, no button, no nothing. on the other hand if I try to reach a person to talk to is almost the same. I cannot go till the end to make a dialogue with someone.

What isn't working, exactly? Is it giving a 404 error (not found)? What browser(s) are you using?

Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox. Nope, no 404 page.

Randy is correct when saying it's not possible to transfer data between accounts, You can request a call back to confirm this if you like that's totally up to you. You can change the primary email associated with the account however. So that may be something
you would want to consider.

You're certainly free to try. You have nothing to lose, and the worst they can tell you is what you already know - there is no way to move it.
This page will put you in touch with the support team. The Xbox agents in the forums cannot see user account details, so you'd have to reach Support another way.
