Fortnite Crew Subscription paid but not received

Hi all, wonder if you can help me. A few months ago I started paying the 9.99 per month Fortnite Crew subscription for my son on his XBox. The latest instalment was paid on 8th March via my paypal balance, (confirmed with paypal). Since then my son hasnt received any of the stuff he should have and is getting a strange screen on his xbox saying 'Looks like you are experiencing a payment issue'. As I said I rang paypal who confirmed the money was paid to microsoft on 8th March so i'm unsure whats going on but its certainly not a payment issue on his part because I paid it. He cannot for the life of him remember his microsoft account email address for me to log in and have a look so i'm now absolutely stumped as to what to do now as I contacted them via Twitter and Facebook and had no response at all and anything else requires his login details which I dont have and he cannot remember.

Anyone got any suggestion apart from doing a chargeback on paypal for goods not received?

The money was paid to microsoft so would I still contact Fortnite about it? Do you have an email for them?

Requesting a chargeback will ban your fortnite account. Contact fortnite via email or follow what Rostom L Said.

My date is March 7th. So yes I have the same issues. The character has a check mark but the rest is missing. So now we have the same payment issue and it’s not resolved.

We are at 850 coins and you need 950 to get the battle pass. He’s not wanting to play because of this. So obviously he doesn’t have it. As he is shorted 1000 credits/coin.

Side note. I paid $19.20 taxes in for the crew pack. I wish it was $9.99.
