3 Ways to purchase Fortnite Crew subscription.

Use the Epic Games Website:

Go to the Epic Games website: https://www.epicgames.com/fortnite/en-US/crew.

Sign in with your Epic Games account.

Navigate to the Fortnite Crew section and follow the prompts to renew your subscription.

Use the PlayStation Store:

Go to the Item Shop and scroll down to find the Fortnite Crew option.

Select it and follow the prompts to subscribe.

You can subscribe to Fortnite crew inside Fortnite from either the item shop or battle pass tab.

Your subscription is associated with the platform on which you purchased it (your “primary platform”) until it is cancelled. the Fortnite crew subscription is not transferable between platforms.

To claim the current month’s crew pack, you may need to log in from your primary platform if it has been more than 30 days since your last login from that platform. assuming you’ve done this, you’ll receive the crew pack items automatically as long as you’re an active subscriber.

Be sure to choose the platform (e.g., playstation, xbox, nintendo switch) you purchase your subscription on carefully. you’ll be able to access the crew pack items you receive from the subscription across different platforms, but the v-bucks you receive may not be redeemable on other platforms.

It seems that you are having issue getting the subscription on your child account. Let us help you by pointing you to the right direction to get this done.

Since you are using a child account, it could be that there are restrictions with your account on the family group. Make sure the following criteria below are followed. Let your parent perform the steps:

• Sign in using your parent account on account.microsoft.com.
  
• Navigate to family settings.
  
• Find your child’s account and click More options.
  
• Turn off the “Needs organizer approval to buy things” toggle.
  
• To approve purchase requests through email, turn on the “Email me when they get stuff” toggle.
  
• Disable the “Ask to buy” feature.
  
• Then try to subscribe again.
  

You can subscribe to Fortnite Crew inside Fortnite from either the Item Shop or Battle Pass tab. (You cannot subscribe to Fortnite Crew inside Rocket League.)

• Open Fortnite:
  
  • Launch Fortnite on your Xbox console.
    
• Navigate to Settings:
  
  • Inside the game, go to the settings menu.
    
• Find Fortnite Crew Option:
  
  • Look for the Fortnite Crew option within the settings menu.
    
  • If you haven’t subscribed yet, you’ll be prompted to sign up.
    
  • You’ll also see an overview of what’s included in the current Fortnite Crew Pack.

Where did you originally subscribe for your Fortnite Crew subscription? You may as well check your other accounts because it's possible that you used a different Microsoft account to purchase the subscription.
