    My son hasnt recieved his 1000 Vbucks for this month and they charged my card at 3:08 am. We have tried closing game and opening again. Didnt work.

    Me too, I didnt get my crew pack vbucks last month. My date was 11th but I didnt get it after a whole month either. I want my 1000 vbucks from epic games.
