    I had purchased a subscription then since I could not remove the automatic billing I refunded it, then by calling a technician of yours I had the automatic billing removed but yesterday 18 12 2020 took it away from me and I stupidly renewed it and gave
    me nothing. What should I do?

    That was a good idea! I did try that, in case the problem was on my end. As it turned out, the issue was with Fortnite. Since their support team is renowned for being useless, I reached out to Microsoft. They sent me a link to buy Fortnite Crew from their store as a workaround. Problem solved
