Fortnite Crashing on Series Consoles

This has been an off and on thing for a year+ for me. Happens more than not. Everytime I try to get help it's either ignored, taken down, or noone knows anything about it. I'm a bit of a techy so l've done literally every

single troubleshooting method possible to my knowledge with the exception of one. Here is a list, maybe y'all might be able to help me.

• Made sure the console wasn't damaged or had and other issues
  

Restarted the game

• • I've cleared the cache ( hard restart, unplugging the power cable and all)
  
• Cleared saved data and restarted both the console and the game
  
• Cleared saved data and tried to resync with data from old console.
  
• Changed settings in both the console and game that may have affected the crash (both sets of setting always matching each other.)
  
• Tried playing on a different profile
  
• Removed and re-added the main profile
  
• Checked the internet connection
  
• Tried wireless instead of wired connection
  
• Changed the DNS and Port + cleared MAC address
  
• Uninstalled and reinstalled the game
  
• Uninstalled the game and tried a network transfer, rather than a digital download. Thought process on this one was to transfer the data from the working version to the non
  
• SOFT factory reset the console
  
• HARD factory reset the console
  
• Both SOFT and HARD reset the console, and did an offline update to the software rather than direct link to internet.
  
• Contacted both Microsoft Xbox support and Epic support, which was a complete waste of time honestly, had me do things already tried and knew about. Then both tried to have me call the other for help, and no one knew the issue.
  

The only thing I haven't tried is to transfer the game to the extended SSD stick offered by Microsoft and Seagate. That's because one with a decent amount of storage costs the price of the console itself, and one with 500gb is half the price of the console.

My thinking behind this possibility being the console having a hard drive issue. But if that were the case I'd have problems with all my games not just fortnite. I've thought about sending my console to Microsoft for a "repair" because I still have a fair amount time on my warranty, but that process takes entirely too long. I've heard horror stories about that process. Even if you explain everything you've done to narrow down the possibilities, it takes the same amount of time. Makes no sense to me. Plus sending it off seems like a waste of the warranty and time considering every game aside from fortnite works. Honestly beyond frustrated at this point.
