    Fortnite crashing at the first loading screen.


    I launch Fortnite from the main xbox one

    home screen the game starts to load and says connecting and then it quits unexpectedly. I have trouble shooted the problem many times by uninstalling the game and also installing it and doing full power cycles for it to work but does not. Please can someome
    come foward ams help me to resolve my issue.

    yes, i am having the same issue i believe. it crashes on the first loading screen for me, i have made it past this first loading screen two maybe three times, i start a new game but it crashes after this as well, i have tried all the same things as you and nothing works.

    Only certain games work on my Xbox Series X. Ongoing for awhile now.

    I have similar issue with the games fortnite, Apex, warzone, borderlands. It crashes at loading screen when I press "A" to continue. It freezes and ten go to dashboard or Xbox turns off. I couldnt find solutions. My Xbox is out of warranty :(

    Fortnite won’t load on Xbox series x

    Having the same problem now since the update last night
    Reinstalled Fortnite on my Series X for the “OG” update. Game crashes to dashboard all the time.

    Some instances whilst loading the game, other crashes whilst in the menus and within the first few minutes of a match. Unplayable.

    Any fixes?

    For real this sucks. Best game of the year and I can't even play. App insta crashes when it gets to the first all black screen. Loading wheel does a half a turn, then stops. Followed by app crash.
