Fortnite Crashes Xbox One X

So like the title states fortnite loads in and crashes as soon as the game loads and gets into a match it doesn’t go past the loading screen and throws me to the home screen or just crashes the xbox all together

Things i’ve tried and i consider myself tech savvy:

-Reset both the entire xbox and just games and apps.

-Cleared game caches.

-Re installed fortnite multiple times

-Switched ISP to a faster connection

-Tried Multiple accounts.

-Contacted Microsoft themself and they told me to reinstall which again i already tried multiple times.

Some facts about the xbox and situation.

The xbox is wirelessly connected to the router with 200 down and 20 up

-Directly connected to the wall outlet.

-Is up to date with all software.

-Connected to a 4k TV

i’m honestly at a loss for words and what to do now the only thing i haven’t tried is a completely different console and this whole situation hasn’t made me too keen on buying another xbox if anyone has any suggestions on what to do then i’d love to hear it i have had this xbox for 4 years now and it was bought NEW from a big box store. this is the only game that causes this issue so honestly i’m thinking it’s a epic games problem with the updates, before they removed trios when they added ranked mode this wasn’t a issue and now it is. If anyone has this issue or solutions please put them down below im not tech illiterate so this is really frustrating considering all the time i put into trying to fix this. Thankyou

For this, may I know if cloud gaming is available in your country?
If that's correct, can you try using your console, a phone, or PC and verify if you can play Fortnite there? (or if you have a friend of family member who you trust, use your account on their console and try opening the game there)

Additionally, do you have the game stored on an external hard drive?

If the answer is yes, please disconnect this drive and install Fortnite on the internal storage, and disconnect other USB accessories if you have more connected.

Additionally, is the issue occurring only with this game?

It is enrolled in the insider program on both accounts, yes only fortnite we know this cause we play minecraft and the sims 4 also on this same console without any issues. Thankyou for responding

after the unenroll i tried reinstalling it and to no luck sadly, there are no external devices connected other then the controller so it’s getting installed to the devices internal storage already. additionally the only other things on the hard drive itself is fortnite, minecraft and my 2 profiles which have been on there since the beginning before this started happening.
