Fortnite Code Issue (Mod)

My (Mod Removed) ex-wife bought my kids an XBox One to keep at her house and had her even dumber brother hook it up. He then proceeded to throw away the box and everything in it, including the code for the free Fortnite XBox exclusive
bundle. Can i get a new code?

customer support team to discuss all available options.

Step 1 ----select Xbox One
Step 2 ----select no thanks, then select category system update
Step 3-----gives some troubleshooting or help tips
Step 4 ----select request a call from support

You are responsible for anyone using your console, So unfortunately no, They don't replace codes anyways once, especially if they have already been redeemed

You will need to log into your Xbox account on an Xbox One console to receive the Xbox One exclusive content for Fortnite. With your accounts properly linked, the Xbox One exclusive items should then be available to
you on other platforms. You simply need to claim the items first on an Xbox One console. Without logging into Fortnite on an Xbox One console with your Xbox account, you cannot get those exclusive items to your Epic account to use on Fortnite for PC.

Since you do not own an Xbox One console, you will need to borrow one from somebody.
