    Fortnite cannot connect homebase on Save the World


    Hi. We purchased this game a week ago now, and have not been able to play it due to a fault that is not allowing us to connect to the home base. We have contacted Epic Games about the issue but they have not responded,

    (Case ID: 3188682)

    that clearly shows others are having the same issue. It is unacceptable that we have been billed £34 for a game that is not fit for purpose. Unfortunatly I cannot find any way to contact anyone about this. Please can someone contact us with an update to
    this fault or I wil be requesting a full refund of this product.
