Fortnite builling problem

Check your contact email in your account settings. Put your mouse on the "my xbox" just above and then choose "Accounts". From that section, you can check your builling information, which will include your contact email. Make sure it is correct.

unfortunately there is nothing that can be done, your account is your responsibility, leaving someone access to your account even if its family is a no no.

You may have a software issue:

Start off by hard resetting the Xbox by holding down the power button until the Xbox shuts off. Turn it back on and try again.

If this doesn't work your next step would be do a factory reset to rule out any software bugs.

(Make sure you keep your Xbox in a well ventilated area and clean dust off from time to time to prolong its life.
