Purchased Fortnite Battle Royale. Doesnt work anymore after trail of Xbox live gold expired. So what was the 34.99 GBP we paid for the above order? Please resolve this issue asap.

Do you still have gold at all? The game is an online only game and gold is required to play online.

The Battle Royal mode is free to play. If you paid for the game it was for the single player portion. To play the battle royal you need Xbox live good to play online.

From the sound of it, your son has enabled mouse and keyboard control. Connect a usb keyboard and mouse, and he should be able to continue playing the game. Also found this in the Epic forums
