Fortnite and xbox communication ban

I’ve been banned from communications on my Xbox live account and I’m cool with that I will take the punishment for my actions but it has also stopped me from playing fortnite which I don’t understand if someone could help me that would be nice.

Got banned for 9 days of one message. That’s absurd

so I sent ONE MESSAGE another player. Xbox suspends my communications for 9 days. That’s absurd guys, if my ban doesn’t come off I’m selling my Xbox. I refuse absolutely to be punished for 9 days, This takes all competitition out of fortnite without communications.

Random Unfair Enforcement

Was happily playing fortnite today when i couldn't talk in party or game chat so i thought this was a bug so i should ignore it then when i reset my Xbox it turns out i got a 13 day ban from communication for doing absolutely NOTHING
and now i can't communicate to anyone and i haven't had a good reason from Xbox yet of why!!

What error message do you get when you try to play Fortnite?

Are you able to play other games online?

You also have the option to check with the phone or chat support through: to inquire if there is an enforcement action on your account and for how long. They can't assist with the enforcement actions, however they should be able to inform you on the actions
present in your account

Part of communication bans is sharing content with other players also.

I know for a fact that this affects some games for instance with NBA 2k games when playing the MyPark aspect there is something in the publishers coding that you have to share your park content or something with other players so with a Comm suspension this
would prevent you from being able to play that aspect of the game this could be what is going on with Fortnite also.

But Lucas it is only a communication ban. A communication ban is I can't text, talk ext. There is nothing in my ban description that says I can't play multiplayer or Xbox 360 multiplayer, for example I can play Xbox one and newer titles such as Fortnite and other games, but I can't talk, text or hear. It is only Xbox 360 titles doing this such as Call Of Duty Black Ops 1 and Gears Of War 3.
