my son downloaded Fortnight sabe the world at a cost of £34.95 but is unable to play the game as he has no skill points ? How can he achieve skill points if he can’t play the game?

Xbox Live enforcement action

My account has a week suspension beginning today right after a player took all of my weapons from Fortnight ‘Save the World’ using a hack. I messaged the person to give it back, then I instantly get suspended!! There is no current suspension listed, so
I can’t even dispute it! And it says support wont help with suspensions!! This was this morning and I’ve combed the online help with nothing even coming close ro helping!!

This could be a bug with fortnight it self or maybe delete the saved data and cache

I understand that you are upset because you lost the Save the World 15-Day Founder's Pack after deleting your Epic Games account.

It is important to note that Founder Packs are a single license that is linked to the Epic Games account on which they are purchased.

If you delete your Epic Games account, you will lose access to all games and content you have purchased on that account, including Founder Packs.

Regarding your question about V-bucks, it is true that Founder Packs are the only way to get free V-bucks in Save the World. However, you can still get V-bucks by purchasing them with real money or by completing challenges in Battle Royale mode.

If you are interested in recovering the fifteen-day Founder's Pack for Save the World, you can contact Epic Games technical support. However, I may not be able to help you as the Founder Pack is no longer available for purchase.

anything purchased for fortnite is linked to the epic account, if you close your account you lose everything, you may have purchased through microsoft but that is all you did, they are technically a shop in this case.

I paid for a lot of sevices from micros soft and games through them I was not given after I paid for them how do I get my money back. Like fortnight save the world pack that isn't useable but I just bought it again and never have I got what I paid. I keep getting the computer run around.
