Fornite wont start on xbox one

Weve had this issue for weeks now, try to log into fortnite and it looks like it's loading but then says 'sorry took to long to start' ..... we've uninstalled and reinstalled, hard shutdown, reset to factory settings, checked our internet speed which is
high speed and has no issues. This hasn't been an issue before and he's been playing for Like a year, so Idk what changed...can anyone help cuz Microsoft isnt.

Thank you for reaching out. I see you have been unable to launch Fortnite for a while now even after reinstalling the game and a factory reset. If you haven't already done so, go ahead and try launching the game using a different account. In some instances,
save data may become corrupt causing issues with a single account, this will determine if the problem lies with the profile or the game. Is this the only app/game giving you the error message? We hope to hear back from you soon!

in roblox start the game you give him to link account and provide your data. For fornite start the game then look for the epic games activate page and log in with your account, enter the codes provided by the page in fornite and voila.

sorry just reread, ! older half sibling set up fornite in UK, as Fortnite is not in HK.Hence the original question

Why can they just set it up that you can buy from any country ! So there is no way to but until Fornite come to HK but then I expect we wont then be able to buy !Argh !!!!

the problem is not with starting. the app starts just fine. it just wont load my original xbox avatar
