Fornite purchase fault

Hello there,

I just bought the Dark Reflection package in-game on fortnite via. Xbox Live. The transaction was succesful and the money has been taken out of my bankaccount. BUT i did not recieve anything in-game. I have checked everything in my xbox, and it says everywhere
that i own the package on fortnite and that i have bought it. I was in touch with the fortnite supporter but they just reply following "this purchase has encountered an error." Which i do not understand
to the fullest. So the problem is that i bought something that i never got. How can i work this out?

Thanks for replying! Did you make the purchase from the Microsoft store or via the Fortnite in-game store?

If it was from the Fortnite in-game store, then that would be in Epic Game's scope of assistance and you would need to contact them again.

If you made the purchase of the Fortnite - Dark Reflections Pack from the Microsoft Store from your Xbox
account and not via the Fortnite in-game store, then I would recommend
contacting Xbox Support directly by requesting a call back or chat so that they can look into your account directly to ensure that the purchase went through correctly.

Thanks for reaching out to us in the forums with this question. If you've made an in-game purchase while in Fortnite, but haven't received the items, then we recommend that you contact Epic Games Support so that they can look into the matter more directly.
Sadly, in-game purchases are beyond the scope of Microsoft/Xbox since those stores are owned by the developers. If you made the purchase via your Microsoft account, then you should be able to confirm that purchase by

checking your purchase history online.

The problem is everytime i try to buy the package in-game again it says " oops it looks like you already own this " and by the way no i cannot since it says that the "page" has been moved
