Fornite probs

updated season5 on fortnite but cant get past launch screen to play...tried everything but uninstall/reinstall,can anyone tell me if I will lose all my stuff if I do??

Can´t use my epic games account with my xbox profile

I can´t use the same account that I usually play Fornite (in pc) with my xbox live account. I just want to play Fornite in xbox and pc. How can I solve it?

Hi, I have problems with play Fornite because it doesn't load, the game open and it close after some seconds. Somebody to know what happen and what I should be?

 

Hello binkybunny75, you will not lose any of your stuff or unlockables after reinstalling you will have all the same stuff still. May I recommend hard resettings your console and power cycling it, and even clearing the mac address on the console before reinstalling.

 

Hello binkybunn75, no you will not lose all your items that you have unlocked. Try uninstalling and reinstalling, if that fails to work clear the Mac address. You might have to reset your console as Halo Pro has stated, doing so you will not lose your items
but you may have to reinstall all games/apps. All gameplay saves are saved to the cloud, meaning they won't be deleted even if your console is factory reset. As soon as you have reset your console and reinstalled all items, unlocks, achievements, and gameplay
will be synced automatically when you open the game. Another issue could be that your console has not completely installed the update. The cue for updates should say "ready to start" when they are able to be played but that does not mean that the game will
let you play.

EX: Elder Scrolls Online will not let you play until the update is 100% installed and isn't cued for update.

This may be the case with Fortnite.
